This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use this website or the RongYida apps (Windows / Android). By using our products you agree to this policy.

2. Information we may collect

Account and license data (activation code, device identifiers needed for one-code-one-device binding); usage needed for quotas (e.g. daily translate counts, voice call counts); optional content you submit for cloud features (e.g. memo sync or dialogue backup if you enable it); technical logs (IP, device/OS version, crash diagnostics); and payment-related records processed by licensed payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).

3. How we use information

We use data to provide and improve translation, weather, calendar, and related services; enforce quotas and anti-abuse; process purchases and restore licenses; sync features you opt into; send service notices; and comply with law.

4. Storage and security

Dialogue audio and many local records stay on your device unless you enable cloud backup. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure and payment processors as needed to run the service, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Cross-border processing

Servers or processors may be located in different regions. Where required, we take appropriate measures for cross-border transfers.

7. Your choices

You may decline optional cloud sync, clear local data by uninstalling, or contact us to request access/correction/deletion where applicable under local law (subject to legal retention and fraud-prevention needs).

8. Children

The product is not directed at children under 14 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after posting means you accept the revised policy.
