1. Agreement
These Terms are between you and 深圳市艾高贝信息技术有限公司 (a wholly-owned subsidiary of 深圳荣亿达科技发展有限公司) and govern your use of this website and RongYida software. The domain ICP holder is 深圳荣亿达科技发展有限公司. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. License
We grant a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Paid features require a valid activation. Default is one code per device; dual-device plans follow in-app rules. You may not crack, resell, or redistribute the software or keys.
3. Free and paid features
Free tier may show ads and limited quotas. Paid plans remove ads and raise limits as described in the app at purchase time. Offline packs and force-offline apply only to eligible lifetime plans.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse APIs, attack services, upload illegal content, or violate export/privacy laws. We may suspend abusive accounts.
5. Intellectual property
Software, trademarks, and site content belong to us or licensors. Translation engines and maps may be provided by third parties under their terms.
6. Disclaimer
The product is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Weather and translations are for reference only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase in the prior 12 months.
8. Refunds
Digital goods are generally non-refundable after delivery. See the Refund Policy.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the product and these Terms. We may suspend access for violations or legal reasons.
